When to Seek Care
If you would NOT typically go to the doctor for your symptoms then we encourage you to stay home. Use Tylenol/cough syrup as needed to treat your symptoms. This is a CDC recommendation to help reduce the spread of the illness. We ask that if you are exhibiting any respiratory symptoms that you call the clinic prior to coming in. Our staff will assess your symptoms and provide additional guidance. If you find yourself having difficulty breathing, please report to the nearest Emergency Department.
TeleHealth Virtual Visits
All locations are offering TeleHealth virtual visits to keep you healthy at home. Scheduling an appointment with your medical or behavioral health provider is easy! All you will need is a smart phone, tablet or computer, Internet access and a patient portal account.
If you do not have access to the Health First patient portal, please contact your Health First Clinic for assistance. This portal requires an email address and will be an important means of communication throughout COVID-19.
In Office Appointments
We realize that in person visits will still be required for some appointments. We ask that all patients wear facial masks upon entering the facility and practice social distancing. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided for you.
If you are elderly and/or have multiple medical problems, we encourage you to stay home. Contact your Health First Clinic and we will assist you with your regular medication refills.
