Free diabetic classes offered at Health First locations

If you have diabetes, pre-diabetes or know someone who does, Health First Community Health Center has an opportunity for you. Health First will offer FREE diabetic classes with our Diabetes Educator Allison Choate, RD, LD. It is important to learn more about controlling or preventing diabetes for your overall health.

During these classes, participants will learn more about: 1) symptoms and risk factors 2) managing what you eat 3) living an active life and 4) preventing complications. During the six interactive classes participants will receive hands on/visual activities and examples, a graduation certificate and a free gift. Contact us at 1 (877) 667-7017 to reserve your spot.
