Patient Portal

Health First now has a patient portal that offers patients personalized and secure online access to portions of their medical records.  It enables you to securely use the Internet to help manage and receive medical information about your health.

By accessing the patient portal, you can use the Internet to:

  • View your health summary from the EclinicalWorks electronic health record
  • View lab results
  • View scheduled appointments
  • Print and download your Health First record
  • Electronically request refills on your medications
  • The patient portal is a free service that is offered to patients of Health First.

You must have a valid email address listed in your patient demographics in order to sign into our patient portal.  This would be the email address that is supplied to our registration specialist when registering for your patient visit.

If you have already registered an email address and are having problems logging into the patient portal below, please call our IT department at 1-877-667-7017.
